It's an open warehouse so seating is limited.
If you are worried about that, you are welcome to bring a chair.
There is very little parking right on the property of this boat warehouse.

I am NOT GOING TO TELL YOU where to park, but there are a lot of businesses nearby that are not open late at night. Use your best judgement and park at your own risk.
You will be walking across the street to the location.
Please be aware that we don't want the public to think they are invited. And if you get caught J-walking...lol you'll have to deal! lol
