You will be walking across the street to the location.

Registration information is available at the conference website: www.phxldssingleadults.info.
Entrance to the Conference activities can be purchased at each of the events. Tickets for lunch and
dinner Saturday night, however, are limited and will be provided on a first come, first serve basis. Tickets will go on sale at the start of the Conference on Thursday night.
Standards:
Participants must be age 31 or older and are required to uphold LDS Church standards of modest dress and appropriate conduct while attending this Conference. ALL DIVORCES MUST BE FINALIZED!
Miscellaneous:
Participants are responsible for their own transportation, lodging, and childcare.
Carpooling is encouraged, as some locations have limited parking.

She loves the scriptures, especially Isaiah and John, and also enjoys the works of Elder Maxwell, Sheri Dew, and C.S. Lewis. Lorraine is a captivating speaker and will enlighten your

Rochelle Sellers and Chantal Carr have a passion for and have both been involved in non-profit work in Africa. Convinced of the need to do more, they co-founded Hope Arising. The mission of Hope Arising is that every child may live a healthy life, gain an education and have economic opportunity for a vibrant and productive
future. This non-profit organization is focusing efforts on the village of Dera in Ethiopia and has recently committed to partner with the Ethiopian government and the World Bank Organization to bring water to the village, a critical need. Without
water there is no life, no education, no future.
Service Project – 5
Place: Tempe Town Lake
Time: 10:15 - 12:00, immediately following the morning speakers
Dress: Work clothes, long pants and sleeves recommended, closed-toe shoes suitable
for uneven terrain. Bring work gloves if you have them.
**There will also be service opportunities available for those unable to work on uneven terrain.
Tempe Town Lake is thrilled to have the impact of a large group to help with the maintenance of the low flow re-vegetation area. We enjoy the blessing of water here in the middle of our desert. Come help and then eat and play.

Time: Lunch 12:00 - 1:00 pm, Activities will continue until 4:00pm
Cost: $5 for lunch
A short walk from the service project you will find the rewards of food and more
fun. Refresh and participate in lawn games and paddling boats on the lake.

Elder Robert W. Lees was born in Los Angeles, California in 1943 . He served a mission in Central America and received
a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California. He married Kay Kaller in 1967 and they are the
parents of five children and sixteen grandchildren. Elder Lees has served as bishop’s counselor, high councilor, stakepresident of the Scottsdale Arizona North Stake, president of the Venezuela Maracaibo Mission and an ordinance worker in the Mesa Arizona Temple. He currently serves as a member of the Sixth Quorum of the Seventy.
